China's bid to take control of the economy of the Bahamas, through its proposed deal with the Christie Administration for the reopening of the stalled BAHA-MAR Resorts on Cable Beach will not come without resistance and confrontation by the people of the Bahamas. Following the revelation of a myriad of demands made by the China EXIM Bank to the Bahamian government in mid-May regarding reopening BAHA-MAR, by Veteran Journalist Steve McKinney live on-air; a ripple of a protest by BCP Leader and others began on Bay Street on May 25th, to admonish the Christie Administration not to concede to the demands of China EXIM Bank, in order to complete and re-open the stalled multi-billion dollar Resort. A handful of demonstrators and a host of Angels took to Bay Street, in front of the Parliament building, to protest the government's consideration of the proposed deal, at the opening of the government's 2016-2017 Budget Debate.
Now, on the heel of this second revelation this past Friday on Hard Copy Talk Show with Steve McKinney on Peace 107.5 FM, of more concrete demands from the China's EXIM Band, CCA and the State Construction & Engineering Company; the people of the Bahamas, through a non-partisan approach, must be prepared to protest enmasse, to force the government from concreting any deal based on these new revelations. Both the Christie Administration and the Chinese group of companies, which in essence is the government of the People Republic of China, will face resistance by the Bahamian people, if there is an attempt by the Bahamian government to make an agreement that does not benefit the Bahamian people.
The Bahamas Constitution Party continues to demand that the Christie Administration reveal the initial Exit Strategy that was negotiated in 2010 at the grant of the initial $3.2 Billion loan to Sarkis Izmirlian, in the event of a Default to the China EXIM Bank. Without that articulated Exit Strategy, the 2009 Bi-Lateral Agreement for the Promotion and Protection of China's Investment in the Bahamas, is the only Framework that the Bahamian people have to determine how the government's final agreement with the China EXIM & China Engineering and Construction Company will materialize. This Bi-Lateral agreement places pressure on the government to make a decision that protects China's Investment in the Bahamas, despite its disadvantage to the Bahamian people and the Bahamian economy. BCP Presents Abaco Petition and three (3) Indictments to Parliament

On Wednesday 29th January 2020, on the first day that members of Parliament meet following the Christmas Break; several members of the BCP Leadership visited Parliament on a very important mission. It was to make a special delivery to the Office of The Speaker of the House of Assembly, making their two (2) Complaints official. The BCP leaders sat in the Gallery in Parliament for the hour long working session before making their delivery to the Speaker's Office.
Their Special Mission was to deliver two (2) white envelopes containing documents for the attention of the Speaker of the House and the other thirty-eight (38) Members of Parliament. The first envelope contained the results of an online Petition on www.change.org, with almost six hundred (6oo) signatures after only 5 days online; seeking Justice and Relief For Abaco, regarding the delay in the release of the remains of deceased persons, who died as a result of Hurricane Dorian. The Online Petition was started on January 23rd, for the attention of the Government of the Bahamas, the Prime Minister and Minister of Health. The second envelope contained three (3) Indictment against the Free National Movement Administration, seeking their Resignation in ninety (90) days, and calling for fresh General Elections. The two envelopes was received by the Clerk of The House of Assembly, authorized with permission from the Speaker, the Honourable Harlson Moultrie.
Following the delivery of the documents to the Office of the Speaker, the BCP Servant Leader, S. Ali McIntosh and Trustee board Chairman, Dr Apostle Agnes Glinton attended the Service of Thanksgiving for Parliamentarians, held at 12 noon at St Agnes Anglican Church on Blue Hill Road. In an interview after the Church Service, the Servant Leader told Reporters, that the Petition will not be taken offline until the issues are fully resolved in Abaco, and the remains of deceased bodies and given to families, and the remainder of unidentified bodies are buried. She also told Reporters about the Indictments against the government and the BCP intention to pursue them.

BCP 20th Anniversary Committee Gives Commendation to the Honourable Arthur D Hanna
The Bahamas Constitution Party (BCP) celebrated 20 years in the work of political activism with a Service of Thanksgiving Service on September 27th. The BCP was formed in the Spring of 1998, but was officially launched May 14th 1999. This year's celebrations was delayed to later in the year because of other activities and commitments. However, the 20th Anniversary celebrations began in February 26th 2018, when the BCP honoured the Founding Fathers of the modern Bahamas, the late Sir Lynden O. Pindling and Sir Randol Fawkes; in addition to Sir Arthur Foulkes and other Signatories to the Bahamian Constitution including former Governor-General the Honourable A D Hanna. The Honourable Glenys Hanna-Martin received a Commendation on behalf of her father at the Service. Apostle Dr Agnes Glinton Served as the 20th Anniversary Committee Chairman.

Ms S. Ali McIntosh, the first female to lead a political party in the Bahamas, was introduced to her Royal Highness, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, at a Reception celebrating women Mediators across the Commonwealth on the occasion of Commonwealth Day held at the Joint Office of the Commonwealth Permanent Mission in New York. Commonwealth Day was celebrated Monday, March 11, throughout the Commonwealth. Ms McIntosh was able to congratulate the Countess on her three minutes presentation that was made on the flour of the UN General Assembly earlier in the day. She was also introduced to the UK Minister of State for the UN and the Commonwealth, Lord Tariq Ahmed, and other diplomats in the Commonwealth Mission to the UN. Also seen present at the reception were female government officials from several African countries and India.

“I have the pleasure, Mr. Chair, of leading a delegation from The Bahamas of almost 90 women and this is by no accident, this is as a result of the Government of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas recognizing in the first instance, that we cannot do it alone and so we have partnered with non-governmental groups, faith-based organizations, trade unions, the Bahamas Red Cross, the Crisis Centre, advocates for persons with disabilities, schools, universities, victims advocate groups, political groupings, and other minority groups, to ensure that we have the support of carrying the message of mindsets that need to be changed.”
Minister Campbell said Small Island Developing States (SIDS) can be “very political” in their approaches, oftentimes leading to a point where a good message can be overlooked “depending on who is bringing the message.”
“And so through these partnerships, we are satisfied that we are able to have a whole broad cross-section of persons bringing the message. We are also of the realization that when the table is set, either you are sitting at the table or you are on the table as the menu. We want to ensure that our women and girls are being prepared to sit at the table to ensure that their voices are heard and their views are considered, and so a part of this delegation that I am pleased to lead includes at least 15 per cent of persons under 30 years of age.
“These persons have come to see and hear for themselves, that they are able to go back and personally represent the movement throughout the communities; that they are able to influence their various age groups. We are satisfied that this is about partnerships, but not just with women (but) partnerships also with both men and boys. The Bahamas Constitution Party (BCP) will celebrate twenty (20) years of the Mandate to Return Righteous Governance to the Bahamas, by honoring the Founding Fathers of the modern Bahamas.
The 20th Anniversary Committee will embark on a series of events over the next few months to mark twenty years of participation in Bahamian politics. Under the theme, ‘Committed to the Preservation of the Next Generation’, the first of these events will be a Service of Thanksgiving and Commendation, on Monday, February 26th 2018, at 7pm in the evening, at the Golden Gates World Outreach Centre on Carmichael Road.
During this Service, we will give thanks to God for service to the Bahamian people; and pay Special Tribute to the Life, Work and Legacy of the Rt Hon. Sir Lynden Pindling and Sir Randol Fawkes for their contribution to the genesis and development of the BCP in 1998-2000; recognizing them as the Architects of a Righteous Agenda for the Bahamas.
Additional special Commendations and Recognition will be given to all the Signatories to the Bahamian Constitution, the first Majority Rule Cabinet and other Nation builders, which includes five (5) former Bahamian Governors-General.

Bahamas Constitution Party Nominated Candidates for 2017 General Elections
The Bahamas Constitution Party has confirmed the nomination for eighteen (18) of its ratified candidates on Nomination day April 20th. Thirteen (13) candidates were nominated in New Providence, two in Grand Bahama, and two in Abaco and one in Exuma.
We are excited that those being put forth can make a positive contributed to nation building. If elected, we proposed to give excellent service to the Bahamian people, with dignity, transparency and Integrity.
We look forward to the campaign for the nation, and uniting the smaller parties and political fractions to defeat the PLP and FNM. It is possible, and we look forward to a wonderful move of God in the nation of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
The Founder and Chief Servant Leader, Sharell Ali McIntosh has returned from Hiatus to lead the party into the General elections. She is the first woman in the Bahamas to lead a political party into General elections. Other members of the Leadership Team are Collin Miller serving as the Deputy Leader; Dwayne Huyler, the National Chairman ; Aaron C Cox , as the Administrative Chairman; and Carol Thompson as the Secretary-General.

PM Christie & Cabinet Does Not Qualify to Nominate for Re-Election -

The BCP has come today on the steps of this honourable house to speak to a very fundamental issue relating the qualification to nominate for this House.
According to Article 48 (1) b, of the Constitution, ‘No person shall be qualified to be elected as a member of this house, who is, by Virtue of his own act, under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience or adherence to a foreign power or state.
By virtue of this clause, the entire former Christie administration having served until the Dissolution of Power on April 11th, does not qualify to be nominated or re-elected to the House of Assembly. Seeing that the Cabinet of the Bahamas acts as a collective responsibility, we must accept their decision as one, therefore all members must receive due credit for all decision coming from the Christie administration.
In the first instance, the case of the sale and dealings of Baha Mar, the former PM and his Cabinet has sought to hide from the Bahamian people the dealing of the government with the State run China State Import /Export Bank, and seal the deal, against the best interest of the Bahamian people. This recommendation of the sealing of the documents by the Supreme Court was requested by the China Import Export Bank, the state run corporation of the People’s Republic of China.
In the second instance, The Bahamas government seemed to have given its allegiance to the PRC by taking a side in favour of the PRC ExIm Bank, against the original visionaire and owner of the Baha Mar project, to facilitate its force Winding-up of the project.
It is now clear, that in addition to the Christie government involvement in this debacle with the PRC, a sovereign state, against the best interest of the Bahamian state, their Moral authority for governance is now in a deficit, and should not be returned to this Honourable house. In fact, should Perry Christie, and all members of his Cabinet be nominated tomorrow, their Nomination should be declared Null and Void.
Notwithstanding, the lack of proper stewardship over the past 60 months, where ten of millions of dollars have been misappropriated, mismanaged and certainly squandered, leaving the economy in dire straits, and the Consolidated Fund empty; the Bahamian people must demand that Perry Christie and his cabinet be made to account for these matters before they can be nominated for this House.
I submit that the Bahamian people reject both the Nomination of Perry Christie and his entire Cabinet, as they collectively have to take responsibility of the mismanagement of this economy. I wish to encourage the Bahamian people, to look among the many persons who shall make themselves available to serve and elect men and women, who shall seek to manage the people’s resources, with transparency, dignity and Integrity.
The rights of ordinary citizens are now under full assault by this PLP government. The misbehavior of this government & the Official Opposition, who no longer has an abiding respect for the Rule of Law, as is mandated by the Preamble of the Constitution; no longer care about service to the people, but only about securing power between themselves.
In closing, “Government is a trust, and the officers of the government are trustees; and both were created for the benefit of you the people”.
Therefore, a government exists solely to provide safeguards for the future security of the nation. A government must be just, fair, trustworthy and equitable. And if a government does not represent these values, then that government is not a good government. And so, whenever any form of government becomes destructive, as was this PLP government, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute fresh, new government, laying its foundation on such principles that will affect the safety, happiness and well-being of all its citizens.”
In an election, the people have a right to vote for whatever party they desire…however, a vote for a BCP government, will articulate and implement God’s plan for the continued safety, economic security and prosperity of all the people of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. The BCP is hope for Bahamaland.

The BCP has come today on the steps of this honourable house to speak to a very fundamental issue relating the qualification to nominate for this House.
According to Article 48 (1) b, of the Constitution, ‘No person shall be qualified to be elected as a member of this house, who is, by Virtue of his own act, under any acknowledgement of allegiance, obedience or adherence to a foreign power or state.
By virtue of this clause, the entire former Christie administration having served until the Dissolution of Power on April 11th, does not qualify to be nominated or re-elected to the House of Assembly. Seeing that the Cabinet of the Bahamas acts as a collective responsibility, we must accept their decision as one, therefore all members must receive due credit for all decision coming from the Christie administration.
In the first instance, the case of the sale and dealings of Baha Mar, the former PM and his Cabinet has sought to hide from the Bahamian people the dealing of the government with the State run China State Import /Export Bank, and seal the deal, against the best interest of the Bahamian people. This recommendation of the sealing of the documents by the Supreme Court was requested by the China Import Export Bank, the state run corporation of the People’s Republic of China.
In the second instance, The Bahamas government seemed to have given its allegiance to the PRC by taking a side in favour of the PRC ExIm Bank, against the original visionaire and owner of the Baha Mar project, to facilitate its force Winding-up of the project.

THE DISSOLUTION OF THE PRESENT PARLIAMENT
For general information, especially for the benefit of all those persons who would like to vote in the forthcoming General Election but have not yet registered to do so, it is my intention to cause the present Parliament to be dissolved on Tuesday, the 11th April, and to cause writs of election to be issued the same day.
This will mean that only those persons who would have registered to vote on or before Monday, April 10th would be able to vote in the forthcoming General Election. I would therefore encourage all my fellow Bahamians to play their part in our democracy by registering to vote if they have not already done so, and to do so without further delay.

Mr. Colin Miller, the BCP Deputy Leader for the past six years, has assumed the post of Interim Leader of the Bahamas Constitution Party, leading into the party's planned National convention set for the end of March.
In an unexpected move at an Executive Leadership Council meeting on January 16th; the Founder & Servant Leader, Ali McIntosh, sought the Council's approval to ask Colin G. Miller, the Deputy Servant Leader to become the Interim Leader going into its convention. The party has activated its election process, and has named its Nominating/Convention Committee headed by Minister K. Andrews.
Mr Miller accepted the challenge, and is leading the charge to continue the party's plans towards canvass and ratifying its candidates for the upcoming General Election. A further statement will be released at a later date.

BCP Leader Calls for OAS Mission to Observe 2017 General Elections
The Servant leader of the Bahamas Constitution Party, Ali McIntosh has called for an Observatory Mission from the Organization of the American States (OAS) to observe and monitor the 2017 General Elections. The call came during a planned Press Conference & Media Launch on Tuesday, November 22nd, to reveal the BCP plans to return to the Campaign Trail for the 2017 General Elections.
As part of the call for an Observatory Mission, the leader and founder of the BCP, identified several pro-active approach that the BCP has taken during recent times, despite not yet been elected.

- The BCP has participated and assisted other civil society & Church organizations to defeat both constitutional referendums, in 2002, and 2016.
- The BCP went to Court on June 6th 2016 to challenge the right of the No-Vote to monitor the polling at the Constitutional referendum.
- The BCP recently presented a proposed Legislation to the HOA Speaker & Constituencies Boundaries Commission, Dr. Kendal Major that related to the Suppression of Registration of Voters.
- And in this most proactive approach, the BCP has began preliminary ground work to seek “An Observatory Team from the Organization of American States (OAS)" to observe the upcoming General Elections. This approach is necessary, because we do not believe, given the level of corruption in the government, that fair General elections will be held. It is also our view, that because of the high level of requests for Chinese investments in the country, and the fact that the people cannot get an accurate reporting of the details, the influence of the PRC and its funding, will affect the election greatly.

BCP Returns To The Campaign for 2017 General Elections
On Tuesday, November 22nd, at 7 pm in the evening, the Bahamas Constitution Party returned to the Campaign trail after a Sabbatical, just one week short of its 90 day suspension deadline. In a short ceremony marking the relaunch and an official partnership with Bahamas In Prophecy & The People Foundation, the BCP announced its new re-energized strategy and mandate to the public. The partnership and working relationship with BIP and TPF will allow the message of the BCP righteous agenda to get to the public with new vitality, to give the Bahamas 'A Fresh Look" at the BCP. The BIP & TPF President, Prophet Micklyn Seymour endorsed the Bahamas Constitution Party in his address during the Re-Launch Ceremony. The occasion was held at the People's Foundation office in Nassau.

On October 19th - BCP officials Presented the Proposed Legislation to Speaker of the House of Assembly, Dr. Kendal Major in a short Courtesy Call, upstairs in the Speakers Chambers at the HOA. The Bahamas Constitution Party officials will pay a short Courtesy Call and present a draft copy of a proposed Legislation to the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Dr. Kendal Major, tomorrow morning October 19th at 9:30 am at the House of Assembly. The meeting will take place prior to the scheduled morning sitting of Parliament.
The bill, if considered by the Parliament of the Bahamas in the immediate term, may ease the concerns looming, regarding the Registrar of Voters, that will directly affect the upcoming General Elections.

BCP Suspends It National Campaign for a Period of Re-Evaluation

The Suspension of the National Campaign, is part of a process of Re-evaluation for a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of the suspension on August 29th 2016. The Public and the media is expected to receive an indication of the BCP intent at that time.
What we will not Do:-
- We will suspend all national addresses,
- We will suspend appearances on radio talkshows, and
- We will suspend the issuance of new Press Releases and Literatures on issues;
What we will do:-
- All of our candidates’ will have a limited presence on the ground in their local constituencies, with local activities targeting only their constituents; which is a part of the process of evaluation and reflection;
- They will remain consistent until such time as we make a full decision to return to the active campaign, or make a determination to withdraw fully from the 2017 Campaign.
- The website will remain online with any and all updates.
- Our online presence will continue in a limited capacity on Facebook and Twitter.
- All contacts by telephone and whatsapp will remain available to the public.
The BCP is committed to the Bahamian people, which is why it has remained consistent and faithful in its message

Bahamas Constitution Party Releases First set of Candidates
The Bahamas Constitution Party took its campaign to a higher level last week, when it launched the first set of its candidates for the 2017 General Elections, in a mini-rally, dealing with the Constitutional Referendum and Crown Land Reform at the Stephen Dillet Primary School Auditorium on May 10th 2016. The BCP released the names of six (6) candidates, from several constituencies in New Providence , and two in the Family Islands.

In a statement on May 2nd, the leaders of the Bahamas Constitution Party endorsed the Save Our Bahamas Committee efforts to defeat Bill # 4 of the Constitutional referendum set for June 7th. The interview was conducted in Rawson Square, during one of the weekly Prayer Meeting of the Save Our Bahamas Committee for the Referendum.

BCP Offers Coalition to Third Parties & Independents
The Bahamas Constitution Party has launched its agenda for a BCP-Coalition with any third parties, Independent candidate or political action group willing to sign onto its philosophy for good governance in the lead up to the next General Elections. The Resolution was passed unanimously by the BCP Executive Leadership Council last week (March 22nd ); who are in full agreement regarding enlarging the circle of persons wanting to contest the upcoming General Election with values that reflect the BCP ideals for nation-building; and build a fellowship of bright minds willing to contribute to a healthy conversation on the way forward.
The objective of the Coalition is to invite to the table other smaller political parties and political groups that may wish to align itself with the BCP’s philosophy, and become involved with a united effort to campaign against the two major political parties’ entrenchment in the governance of the nation.
The purpose of the united conversation, and the fellowship of political persons, are to pool all the intellectual resources and might; in order to bring to bear political pressure on the PLP administration and Her Majesty Opposition; to either provide accountability and transparency in governance for the Bahamian people, or call early General Elections to obtain a fresh mandate from the Bahamian people.
While the BCP invites interested parties to the table, it continues its active pursuit of the identifying and ratification of a full slate of candidates to be nominated for its team for Parliamentary elections. Should participants in the Coalition wish to run under the banner of the BCP, their candidacy will be examined, ratified and accepted. If they choose not to run with the BCP, a deal of endorsement of the candidate may be worked out, following a successful screening and ratification process.

The spiritual contention and battle for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas has unofficially began. The attempt to squash the Servant Leader -Sharell Ali McIntosh, is now in full operation by the political operatives of Prime Minister Perry Christie and the PLP.
The powers-that-be has already dispatched its spiritual forces to seize and maintain control over the Territories of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, by all means necessary; and has made it a determination of theirs, to annihilate all forces that will not submit to its continued domination.
Having acknowledgement, regarding the severity of the fight to transpire in the earth realm within the coming months, concerning these territories; the Heavenly realm has already made preparation to respond, and to defend those who love the Lord and his people; and have determined to join the fight against corruption in this nation.
This upcoming general election battle will set the standard to echo Truth, to secure Justice, to showcase Integrity and implement good governance; while securing the protection and the provision for the Bahamian people.

The Chinese Government Hedges Its Bet in Bahamian Politics - Part 1

As I reflected on the recent events leading up to the October 29th 2015 Supreme Court decision to approve the Receivership request, and foreclose on the $2.45 Billion dollars Mortgage between Investor Sarkis Izmirlian and the China EXIM Bank; I am forced to consider the ramifications of what this all mean for the Sovereignty of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
I am minded to consider, that despite all the developments we can see transpiring in the Bahamas regarding the financing of the mega Baha Mar Resorts, and the subsequent influx of Chinese investments in the Bahamas; that there is far more transpiring behind the scenes, than those made plain before our eyes.
On Monday morning November 2nd, I was made more aware of those things, when I was given a vision that brought to light the infiltration of the People’s Republic of China into the economic and political life of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
While strategists and operatives for China is very much at work on the local scene attempting to ease our fears about China’s looming presence here; I believe that the strategy is far greater and far more reaching than you can imagine.
In the vision on November 2nd , I heard the spirit of the Lord said to me,
‘Your time has ran out. You have run out of time.’
As I contemplated about what the Lord was saying, I came to realized that I was sitting in a room at a large circular table, like the setting at a UN-sponsored conference. Sitting next to me was a lady I knew most of my life, whose name was Donella. She had just taken her seat at the table.
Then I realized that she was the head of a new political party, and this was her new reveal. Her party was fully staffed with super-star candidates, and fully backed and financed by her new husband. When I looked at her name on the tablet, I could read her first name, but her second name was difficult to pronounce.
In fact, the letters in the name was jumbled up, I could not even understand them. It was Asian lettering. So I took my hands and scattered the letters out of the order it was in, scattering them off the tablet.
As I looked at what was achieved in the launched of this new party, I realized that the Bahamas Constitution Party had certainly, ‘Ran Out of Time’ as a third party option.
I got up from the table and retreated to the lobby outside the room. In frustration, I began hitting my hand on the small coffee table. I must have hit my hand on the table about three times, when I discovered underneath the magazine on the table was a Bible. I took the Bible in my hand as it slipped from under the magazines, and I awoke from the dream.
When I awoke, it was still early, before 5 am. I immediately went into prayer, crying unto God regarding the implications of a Chinese man marrying a Bahamian woman to contest a General Election in the Bahamas.
As I inquired regarding his Sovereignty in all this, the Lord began to speak to me, the following things:-
1. Not because I saw a woman, it means a woman. It simply means a Marriage.
2. The Marriage of a Bahamian woman to a Foreign man.
3. A black face, a Bahamian name, but a foreign provider.
4. A foreign husband means, ‘ the production of foreign offspring.’
I was still contemplating on another political party pushing the struggling agenda of the BCP further down the list, when the Lord spoke again.
‘It was the reason why, the China EXIM Bank had to force Baha Mar into Receivership early’.
He noted that the decision could not wait until the end of the month, as was suggested by the Prime Minister for the Supreme Court’s ruling re-scheduled for November 25th.
The Lord indicated, that the Receivership for the mega resort BahaMar had to take place before the reveal of the political party, least there were any unforeseen complications.
I was baffled by this revelations of a new political party engagement by the Chinese. Quite like me, many believe and are still contemplating those speculations of the Christie's Administration’s adamant support for the People’s Republic of China financial investments in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas; to the compromise and detriment of our own national Sovereignty.
As I continued to consider this, the Lord introduce to me the term, ‘Hedging their bet’.
Notwithstanding our perceptions of the previous and present administration’s involvement with Red China; the Lord made me to understand that the Chinese government has pushed their card further, to give their negotiations and stake into the politics of the Bahamian nation a sure win, with a political party, whose entire agenda would facilitate the continued influx of investments from the People’s Republic of China into the economy of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
I am certain, this seem an outlandish speculation, that the People’s Republic of China would hedge its bet to engage all stakeholders in the political life of the nation, to secure its own stake in our economy.
Nonetheless, one November 1st, I returned home from a weekend Prayer Retreat to my computer to find a LinkedIn request from a Manager in the Accounts Department, of the Chinese Construction Bank in Beijing, China, seeking to be connected to me.
My fellow Bahamians, we have run out of time. Not just the Bahamas Constitution Party, it is the Commonwealth of the Bahamas that has run out of time.
All systems are go for the take-over of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and before the month of November is out, the revelation of an entire slate of candidates that have married the Enemy, shall be revealed.
It was my intent to reveal this matter on November 2nd on my weekly talk show appearance on The Conversation , but I hesitated, knowing the ramification for my security.
If I may editorialize and pontificate for just a few minutes.
The question, What does the People Republic of China wants with the Commonwealth of the Bahamas?
The answer, The Chinese government wants the Bahamas to be the model for what it looks like when China takes over a country.
It seems simple enough, right? However, Part Two of this article series will paints the picture and shows the intrigue, spread across three countries. The story is told in Part 2 in this series.

Baha Mar In Receivership - Investor Out - PLP Says its a Positive News!
The failure and thwart perspective of this Progressive Liberal Party (PLP) government, led by Prime Minister Perry Christie is driving the country's economy further into the ground, as the People's Republic of China, via its EXIM Bank takes control of approximately 12 % of the Bahamian economy in one bite.
The Multi-Billion Dollar BAHA MAR Mega Resorts on Cable Beach in the Bahamas have gone into Receivership, throwing the ownership of the Mega resort into the hands of the China EXIM Bank, the (Mortgage holder) and by extension the government of the People's Republic of China. The Investor, Sarkis Izmirlian had mortgaged the project with the EXIM Bank at the tune of $2.45 Billion dollars several years ago, to finance the building of the resort.
While this recent move have many Bahamians concerned regarding the increasing financial interest of the Communist government in the Bahamian economy; the PLP government views it as positive news. Both the Prime Minister Perry Christie, and the PLP Chairman Bradley Roberts has come out in support of the Receivership to the China EXIM Bank, which was handed down last week by Supreme Court Justice Ian Winder.
While a decision was not expected until the 25th of November, the China EXIM Bank made an application to the Bahamas Supreme Court on October 29th seeking to force the project into Receivership immediately.
To put this all in perspective, this PLP government has long lost sight of its mandate to protect the economy and the sovereignty of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. The time has come for them to return to the Bahamian people for a new mandate in a General Elections. And the time has come for the Bahamian people to do the right thing, and remove them from power, and elect a government that will look after its best interest.

PLP Government Failing Miserably! Putting the Country Under Depression.
The failure of this Progressive Liberal Party (PLP) Government under Prime Minister Perry G. Christie has placed not only the economic life of the Bahamian people at risk, but the emotional health of the Bahamian people in dire peril.
High crime, unemployment, bad stewardship of the people's resources, high debt and petty partisan politics, has placed the general welfare of the Bahamian people in a quandary, making prospects for younger Bahamians seem dismal.
Many college graduates studying abroad are deciding not to return home; and hundred of professionals and blue collar workers are considering whether to stay and toughen it out, or find somewhere else for their families to go.
Over the past three years, and in particular over the past six to eight months, members of the Christie-led Cabinet has accused its own employees, and other mandated Constitutional Officers like the Auditor -General, the Commissioner of Police, the Met Office, the Department of Statistics, and other government departments, of not doing its job properly. Most of this has stemmed from information coming forth that did not show the government in the best light. This has created Low Morale in the Public service, the Armed Forces and other workers, which has translated to Low Morale in the entire country.
In addition, recent attacks on the media by the PM and other government ministers, and PLP operatives, shows the Christie-led administration to be undemocratic and desperate to maintain power unto itself, despite its dismal failure of the economy and the inspiration of the Bahamian people.
The blame Game is still on with this government. They are still blaming the FNM for failures, after having taken over the government since May 2012, more than three years ago. They are blaming Sarkis Izmirlian for the failure of Baha Mar. They are blaming civil servants for Infrastructure they should have put in place. There is no end to their trivial pursuits. Next they will blame the Bahamian People for having elected them to office, when they knew full well, they were ill-equipped to govern, and did not have the Bahamian people at heart.
Rightly put, The country is now in full-scale depression, considering Suicide; due directly and intimately, to the Failed Promises and false hope being perpetuated by the PLP and this Christie-Led administration.
The time has come for the PLP to end its Reign of Terror over the Bahamian people. The Prime Minister Perry Christie Must Retire, and the PLP must Resign.

Rubis Oil Spill Affects Thousands of Residents....

The Bahamas Constitution Party supports the agenda to provide immediate action for the people of Marathon. The come after the revelation that the government delayed for one (1) year the release of a report by an Environmental Agency BVI, regarding the Rubis Oil Spill that dumped around 12,000 gallons of oil into the ground and water table of the area, affecting the lives and livelihood of thousands, and breaching the environment.
The Bahamas Constitution Party supports the notion that all information regarding this matter be brought before Parliament. We issued a Press Statement (April 29th at 7.10 pm) supporting the request for the appointment of a Select Committee of the Parliament, put forward by Dr Andre Rollins, the Member of Parliament for Fort Charlotte in Parliament on April 29th.

The Bahamas Constitution Party supports the notion that all information regarding this matter be brought before Parliament. We issued a Press Statement (April 29th at 7.10 pm) supporting the request for the appointment of a Select Committee of the Parliament, put forward by Dr Andre Rollins, the Member of Parliament for Fort Charlotte in Parliament on April 29th.
