Biographies of Executive Leadership Council Members
Cornelius E. McKinney, Deputy Servant Leader
BIOGRAPHY
Cornelius McKinney, is a visionary, an Investor and Film/Television Producer, the third child of Joseph and Mildred Mckinney, was born in New Providence. He has spent his life in and currently resides in Grand Bahama. Cornelius holds a degree in Banking from the College of the Bahamas, as well as certifications in Microcomputer Technology and Film Production. Having spent more than twenty years in the Banking Industry, he moved on to form Galaxy Productions, a film and television production company, of which he now serves as Chairman. Cornelius is also the President of McKinney International Capital Markets, Tropikal Farms and Aragonite Bahamas Ltd.
Cornelius has served in youth ministry for more than twenty years. He started investing in the stock market while attending the College of the Bahamas, as was taken aback at the restrictive practices of the Bahamas Government against Bahamians exploring the capital markets for investments in other countries. He has a passion and drive to see others achieve their goals, and could see the hand of government, frustrating this process. This was further evidenced as he traveled throughout the Bahama Islands and saw the lack of development and apparent neglect.
At the age of fifteen years old, he traveled to Nassau to purchase a copy of the Bahamas Constitution, as he could not find a copy for sale anywhere on Grand Bahama Island. After reading the constitution, it became clear that the country had taken a different course. It would be thirty eight years later, when he met S. Ali McIntosh of the BCP, that he would decide to vote for the first time in his life, having now been introduce to a Political Party, whose ideals were based on the Bahamas Constitution.
Cornelius is an avid global traveler, seeking ideas that can be adopted to the Bahamas to make it a better country. He is divorced, with no children.
Cornelius follows the adage ‘It’s not the problem that counts, it’s the solution’, a phrased coined by one of his mentors, Dr. Deryl Hunt. Cornelius longs for the day, when the eyes of the people will be opened, and believes that only then, can they truly achieve their life’s dreams.
Dwayne V. Huyler, National Servant Chairman
BIOGRAPHY
Dwayne A. V. Huyler is a Bahamian businessman that has traded tourist related souvenir products for over 25 years. Mr Huyler is also a partner and shareholder in his family's souvenir businesses which were located in downtown Nassau, Bahamas for almost 20 years. In April of 2016, Mr Huyler and his family ended an 18 year run as Bay Street merchants when two of their souvenir shops were closed down permanently, bringing an era to an end.
With a deep concern for how the Bahamas is clearly being led away from Christian values, Mr. Huyler decided to get involved with the governance of the Bahamas and has offered himself to a life of public service. Ali McIntosh for over 16 years prior to his joining. The B.C.P. offers the Bahamian people an honest and accountable alternative to the present governing regime and the party will contend for the righteous governance of the Bahamas in the 2017 Bahamas General Elections.

Dione N Pratt, National Secretary-General
BIOGRAPHY
Dione graduated from St. Anne’s High School, Fox Hill and then studied Psychology at the then College of the Bahamas. She then transferred to McGill University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1991. A Lyford Cay Scholar and a recipient of a bonded scholarship with the Bahamas Government, Dione entered public service as a teacher at the newly founded C. R. Walker Secondary School. She would serve as a teacher for two-six year terms, teaching at three additional schools: The Government High School, S. C. Bootle High School (Abaco) and Doris Johnson High School. She has worked as a Special Projects Officer with the Department of Social Services and is a seven-year volunteer with the Bahamas Crisis Centre. She is presently employed with the Pan American Development Foundation.
In 1987, Dione gave her heart to the Lord and was discipled at St. Paul’s fox Hill, under Rev. J. Carl Rahming; Bahamas Christian Fellowship, under Apostle Paul Butler; Bahamas Faith Ministries, under Dr. Myles Munroe; and New Life Christian Center, under Apostles Douglas and Betty Cleare. She has been a member of Feeding the Whole Man Deliverance Ministries, whose founder and Senior Pastor is Apostle Janet Archer, since its inception in 2007 and now serves as an Elder, a Sunday school teacher, a Praise & Worship team member and deputy leader of the Evangelism Team.
She believes strongly that the Bahamians need to prize their Christian heritage and live out the principles of the faith boldly and fearlessly. In this way, the Bahamas will stand out among the nations and the words of our national anthem will become a reality: “See how the world marks the manner of your bearing.” She believes that God is always faithful to promote the individuals (and thus the nation) who stays committed and loyal to Him.
She joined the Bahamas Constitutional Party because of its mission to be a ‘righteous government”: a government that fully intends to uphold the preamble of the constitution of the Bahamas where the “the supremacy of God (is recognized)” and the new nation would be founded on “spiritual values.” Trained as an educator, she is also concerned that education and achievement based on merit, have been devalued and eroded through years of systematic nepotism and cronyism, and must be revisited and re-adopted so that Bahamians can join the top ranks of the nations.
